Care Manager
To provide a needs led service for older people by adopting a person centred approach that fosters self-awareness, personal growth and gives each person the strongest voice with regards to decision making and lifestyle choices.
Daily activities back on the menu
Following relaxation of the Covid 19 restrictions, we have ben able to re-start a full programme of entertainments and activities for our Residents. We try to ensure something is happening daily, and Residents are at liberty to pick and choose as they wish. Some of the recent activities include: Musical Movements Knit and Natter Quizzes Movie Afternoon Flower Arranging Ice-cream in the Summerhouse (weather permitting!) Minibus outings for tea/coffee Singers and other entertainers come to the Home Speakers are invited to give talks of interest The Entertainments Manager is happy to receive Residents’ suggestions about further activities.
